All dogs are insured whilst in our care. Every care will be taken with your pet, however illness, accidents or loss can never be entirely ruled out.
We endeavour to avoid this in every way possible and to take whatever action deemed necessary for the welfare and comfort of your pet, including veterinary attention. All dogs are covered by our pet insurance. However this does not cover pre-existing conditions.
All pets to be boarded must hold a current vaccination certificate, which we will require to see when arriving. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any dog into the kennels without this. All boarding charges are to be paid in full when you arrive with your dog for boarding, this will be for the original dates booked.
Charges are per day/ part day and include:
– Heating
– Twice daily exercise
– Most foods (our policy is to always feed your dog the diet that he/she receives at home.)
A non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per dog/per week booked, is required to confirm your booking,

We also have an onsite grooming facility that you could take advantage of during your pets stay. This would be an additional cost depending on the breed of dog.
